This guarantee is valid for 3 years on the property listed above. It covers against future leaks (excluding those conditions listed below). This guarantee covers costs of Real Estate Roofing Service, repairing leaks up to $1,000.00 and is backed by a $15,000 bond.
It is the intention of this letter to CERTIFY to you for the purpose of satisfying requirements by lenders (title companies, loan institutions, etc., involved in real estate transactions) as to the current condition of the roofing material now existing on above commonly described property. As a LICENSED ROOFING CONTRACTOR with over 30 years experience, we feel the life expectancy of the roofing material and installation we observed falls within the 3-5 year category. We are concerned with the functional ability of the roof, and not its' aesthetic value. We do warrant against future possible leaks and do qualify the roof life itself for 3-5 years. This certification does not protect from acts of God such as storm damage, repairs performed by any other party other than ourselves or our representatives, acts of vandalism or damage by animals, or misinformation on disclosure of current leaks provided to us.
