R.E.R. understands completely the home inspection timelines, has kept several deals from falling apart and my clients have been saved stress and money equaling into the tens of thousands. The R.E.R. team have never recommended a new roof when the old one still has life in it...unless the repairs are just too much. They include pictures on the web and full explanations of everything they will be doing, which is brilliant. One roofer wouldn't give us an opinion on the roof unless he was paid a $100.00 fee for his time, another said he could make time for us in a week or two. I found out later that he was just too busy and didn't even see the home!!!
